  • REWILDING YOUR BACKYARD- Gardening series- Every third Saturday of the month


  • IN THE KITCHEN- Cooking class- Every fourth Monday of the month


  • REMEDIES FROM THE GARDEN- Apothecary series- Every second Tuesday of the month


  • SERVICE-LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES - Service projects connected to the gardens, trails, creeks, and more. Ongoing, year-round. Come for a day, weekend, or week-long experience. Great for school field trips, youth groups, and college students.

Re-Wilding Your Backyard: Gardening Series


Every 3rd Saturday, 9AM-12PM

Participants learn how to turn their lawn into abundance through agroforestry, food, medicinal & pollinator gardens. They will explore a variety of techniques and have hands-on experience as well as resources provided. 

  • January 21- Planning a food forest
  • February 18- Planning a pollinator garden
  • March 18- Planning a vegetable garden
  • April 15- Planning for herbs and medicinals

In the Kitchen Cooking Series


Every 4th Monday, 9AM-12PM

Participants will learn various cultural cuisines, harvest from the garden to prepare dishes, cook together, learn technical skills, explore food stories, cook and eat together.

Remedies from the Garden: Apothecary Series


Every 2nd Tuesday, 9AM-12PM

Participants will learn and share remedies from nature. Class will harvest, make and take home products.


  • Elderberry syrup and fire cider (February)

  • Making teas and tonics from the garden (April)
  • Summer skin care- Sun and insect (May)
