Pet Policy

1. When outside, all dogs must be on leash at all times. No exceptions.
2. Unless previously approved, pets are not allowed in any building except for the guest's lodging room.
3. Pet owners will pay a "Pet Fee" of $50 per event.
4. Lodging areas designated for pets: Certain Guest House Rooms, Cabins, Cottages, Davis Hall, and Group Lodge.
5. Damage to any property at Christmount caused by pets will be charged to the pet owner.
6. Pet owners agree to clean up after their own pet and will dispose of pet waste in Christmount dumpster.
7. Pet food will not be left outside any building overnight.
8. Pet owners will sign a "Hold Harmless" agreement, releasing Christmount from any responsibility should anything happen to their pet during their stay at Christmount.
9. Owner must be present in room with pet when any Christmount personnel enters room.
