Theology on Tap
August 28-30, 2020
Join us for brewery tours, worship, fellowship, beer tasting, campfire, and engaging discussion on deep issues affecting our world today. In 2019 we talked about where the church was (and wasn't) listening to the world around it. In 2020, we will discuss where the church has found (and lost) its voice in the world today.
Friday evening: arrive by 5! We'll go to Pisgah Brewery in Black Mountain for eats and drinks and begin our discussion on their grounds. We'll be back at Christmount by 9ish.
Saturday Morning: We'll grab a bite in Black Mountain and then go see some of the sites around the area, ending up at the Biltmore Estate for lunch and a drink. We'll find a place to sit and visit about our topic for the day.
Saturday afternoon: Mid-afternoon, we'll head over to the Grove Park Inn for dinner and drinks and more discussion. The setting is beautiful and the conversation will be inspiring.
Sunday: the retreat ends at 10 AM
