Single occupancy $425 ($450 after April 4)
Double occupancy $250 per person ($275 after April 4)

Beth Morris (200 E-RYT, 500 RYT, TCTSY-F, YACEP, MSW) will guide you through a spring reset to reignite your inner teacher through supported play and rest, time to connect with others, and inquiry sessions full of internal reflection and yoga sessions with opportunities for outer movement such as yin yoga, restorative yoga, slow flow, and vinyasa, as well as daily meditation and breathwork sessions.
