Spearman Dining Hall


Our dining facility can accommodate two events concurrently or a single group of up to 300. Built at ground level, it's accessible to everyone.

Conference Dining Room


Seats up to 180 persons. 
Meals are prepared according to your needs, with attention given to health concerns, dietary issues, and personal preferences. 

Creekside Dining Room


Seats up to 120 persons. 
Features indoor seating as well as a covered patio. Lots of windows to allow you to enjoy the views. We can accommodate Birthday Parties, Banquets, Weddings, and other events. 

Retracting the separator wall between these dining rooms allows seating up to 300 persons. Tables may be arranged for displays and meetings.

Meal options include boxed meals, cookouts, on-site catering, continental breakfast, Sunday brunch, birthday parties, receptions, weddings, receptions, and banquets.

Conference Room Catering


Our staff can accommodate meetings, dances and social gatherings with refreshments.


Snacks & Drinks: $2-$4 per person (typically Danish, salty snacks, cookies, soft drinks, coffee, tea)


Party Trays: $25-$50 per tray

Sunday Brunch

Currently receiving a make-over - Brunch will be back after Easter this year. 

Every Sunday from 11am-2pm, Chef Jason and his staff prepare an amazing array of  your favorite breakfast and lunch dishes. The event is open to the public and is free with a suggested donation of $12 per person. Food is served buffet-style and seating is at tables for 6-8 people per table.


No reservations are required. Just come as you are and enjoy a great meal with great people. 

Each month, we donate 10% of our monthly proceeds to a local charity or non-profit. Past recipients have included Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries, Ministry of Hope, Brother Wolf Animal Rescue, and Asheville Habitat for Humanity.

Nearly every Friday, we open the Dining Hall to anyone and everyone for a sweet deal ... literally!


From 11am-2pm each week, we offer home-made goodies: cookies, pastries, cinnamon rolls, eclairs, muffins, and more! Plus really good coffee. 

Around noontime, we roll out

a hot lunch for you.


It's nothing too fancy, but it's always great food and good company. Everything is available for a small donation.
