Meeting Spaces

Assembly Hall (25’ x 45’) is an all-purpose room in Guest House East that seats up to 120 persons. Tables may be arranged for displays or meetings. A snack area has a small sink and coffee machine. Restrooms are adjacent to Assembly Hall. The room has heat and air conditioning. Assembly Hall has the following equipment available:
Raised platform & podium for speakers
Sound system
Projection screen on the wall
Piano
Dry erase marker board on the wall

The Multi-purpose Room in the Guest House seats up to 200 persons. Tables and chairs may be arranged for meetings.

The Chapel (30’ x 37’; 30’ x 47’ including platform) in the Guest House is an all-purpose room that seats about 125. Tables may be arranged for displays or meetings. The chancel is on a raised platform. The chapel is adjacent to the offices and multi-purpose room. The room has heat and air conditioning. Available equipment includes:
Sound system
Piano and organ
Wall-mounted dry erase marker board

Meeting Room 1 is adjacent to the Guest House upstairs lobby. Equipped with a wall-mounted dry erase marker board, table and chairs. It accommodates 8-10 persons.

Meeting Room 2 in Guest House East is adjacent to Assembly Hall. Equipped with a large table and chairs, it accommodates up to 14 persons. A dry erase marker board is on the wall.

Library is adjacent to the Guest House upstairs lobby. It seats 10 - 12. A table can be set up if necessary. There is also a TV/DVD/VCR in the room.

The upstairs lobby with its large fireplace and the Guest House Deck, both with plenty of comfortable rocking chairs, provide a wonderful atmosphere for guests to have informal gatherings, read, talk, pray, or just relax.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Christmount has the following audio-visual equipment available for all indoor meeting spaces. There is no extra charge for its use. TV/VCR, DVD Player, Overhead projector, and a Screen. Some meeting spaces have additional equipment as noted in their description.

Outdoor & Seasonal Meeting Spaces

blackwod.jpeg (3067 bytes) Blackwood Haven is a more private worship area for about 75 persons. There are no lights or electricity.

The Children’s Playground Amphitheater seats about 35 and is located across the creek from the Group Lodge and near the block cabins.

Garden.jpg (832164 bytes) Watters Garden is a worship area that seats about 75 persons. Electrical outlets are available.

Camp Fire Circles: There are three outdoor fire circles with benches. Wood is supplied by Christmount.

insidefellowship.jpeg (12339 bytes) Fellowship Hall has one large meeting room which will seat 150 persons. Two small meeting rooms accommodate about 20 persons each.

Aldridge Hall is a large meeting room which will seat 300 people.
