Christmount is a great place for sabbaticals, especially in the winter and early spring, when few groups are here during weekdays. It is very quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax. read, exercise (Christmount is a good place for just walking or taking a strenuous hike!) and pray (there are two outdoor chapels and a couple of meditation areas).

Since 1989, the College Retreat has offered an event where college students from college fellowship groups and individuals could reunite with old friends and make new ones, do some serious Bible study and worship, and simply rest from the hectic and sometimes overwhelming day-to-day schedule of college life. Disciples and others are all invited to participate!
